Free Shopify Returns Apps
Shopify returns apps with a free plan, and what the free plan includes, from their App Store listings. 13 apps, checked 2 November 2026.
How apps get on this list
The App Store listing or the vendor's pricing page shows a $0 plan (not only a free install or a free trial), and the listing states a customer returns portal. Some free plans have conditions, such as a minimum number of orders, so read the plan column. Apps are listed by the number of Shopify App Store reviews on the date shown, highest first. Review count tells you how many merchants rated an app, not which app suits your store. We have not tested every app.
